So, I've known Ryan for most of the 21st century to date. When he and Alisha asked us to photograph their wedding, we were honored. The day started out at Ryan and Alisha's home in Woodbridge, VA, where Alisha got ready. She was cool, collected, excited, and beautiful. Such a wonderful soul to photograph on her special day. When we greeted Ryan he was genuine, thoughtful, and reflective and appreciative of all the special people in his life that had joined him on his wedding day. Ryan and I had lost touch over the years living in different parts of the state, so I hadn't gotten a chance to get to know Alisha before the big day, but hearing the vows they wrote each other during the ceremony (which was performed by Ryan's father), it was clear that they are a perfect fit for each other. We're really looking forward to reconnecting with this awesome couple and seeing what the future has to hold for them.
